PhotoPartyPeople also Photograph Charity Balls (Rag Balls) and various other Charity Events.

As our teams consist of Professional Photographers, University Graduates and Undergraduates with experience of organising University Ents including Freshers Week and University Balls, we know how hard it can be and what students expect! PhotoPartyPeople's male and female staff offer a lively and professional service using experience and high-tech kit to produce stunning Event Photos for your students and their guests. Where possible, we will use a full mains powered studio setup for optimal lighting conditions and wireless technology to allow us to work both freely and more efficiently.

Quality Service:
To satisfy the inevitable crowd of onlooking voyeurs, PhotoPartyPeople run Live SlideShows of the Event Photos as they are taken! This means that within seconds your students and their guests will be able to see themselves on large preview screens before PhotoPartyPeople print and frame their Event Photos with High Quality Mounts.

Free Service:
PhotoPartyPeople attend the majority of School & University Events FREE OF CHARGE! Depending on the type of event and pricing structure, we may even be able to help generate revenues for the organising School, University Union, Club or Society that books our Prom Photographer. We also host password protected PRIVATE ONLINE GALLERIES for 12 months following the event so that students and friends can browse all the photos and purchase duplicates. Large framed prints are also available online.

National Service:
PhotoPartyPeople's University Event Photography Services are now available Nationwide! Our Teams of Photographers will travel anywhere in England for Large Functions. We will attend your University Ball or School Prom, put your students under the spotlight, make them feel special and provide them with a beautiful memento of the occasion!

Discounted Service:
PhotoPartyPeople offer a Bulk Buy Discount for Schools and University Unions/Clubs/Societies that decide to Bulk Purchase Event Photos on behalf of students and guests. There is generally a 33% saving over the original selling price when 100 Event Photos are purchased and a massive 50% saving when over 150 Event Photos are Purchased.
